I had an very nice stay at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect for exploring the city while still being on a quiet street, although the rooms were a bit small. Overall, it was a cozy and welcoming experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.

My stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi was a good experience. The staff, especially Trung Ngoc and Huyen Mai, demonstrated very nice hospitality that truly enhanced my trip. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, being within walking distance of many attractions. While the breakfast spread was amazing, I did find the cheapest rooms to be a bit cramped without real windows. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and great location.

The service was really good, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast options were just endless (I could eat there every day!). My only slight issue was that the shower seemed to flood a bit, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.
