I had an very nice stay at the Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel in Hanoi was a good experience. The staff, especially Trung Ngoc and Huyen Mai, demonstrated very nice hospitality that truly enhanced my trip. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, being within walking distance of many attractions. While the breakfast spread was amazing, I did find the cheapest rooms to be a bit cramped without real windows. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and great location.
